Our Official Tower Climbers Union/CWA Local Launches July 4!

The official union local of the Tower Climbers Union/CWA will launch on July 4th, 2023! Let the countdown begin!️ 🎉🥳🎊

Having an official TCU/CWA local means access to membership benefits as well as being able to elect our own union leadership for our local. More information on elections is coming soon!

Once our union local officially launches, all TCU/CWA union members will have access to new benefits including discounted dental and vision plans, phone plan discounts, legal services, and more! Our mission is to champion and defend the interests and well-being of all tower climbers and all who perform work at wireless sites.

This is our union, started and organized by tower hands for tower hands. If every climber collectively stands together against the greed of the carriers and tower owners, we can make amazing changes in this industry.
